Pregnancies after a loss, sometimes referred to as rainbow pregnancies, can be challenging, however there is a range of support available.
Willows Rainbow Box (you can access their website here)
This is a registered charity that supports families now experiencing pregnancy, following a loss by miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death. Their website provides advice, resources, and personal stories of pregnancy after loss.
You can also apply for a free Willows Rainbow Pregnancy comfort box on their website. Each comfort box contains items to help reduce anxiety and promote positive mental health and well-being during a rainbow pregnancy.
On the first Monday of each month, they host #RainbowBabyHour sessions on their Instagram account.

Providing support during subsequent pregnancies in many ways including via email, a helpline, social media, zoom meetings and podcasts.

This charity includes a dedicated section on pregnancy after baby loss, which contains advice, information and real-life stories. They also offer a pregnancy after loss support group on Facebook where you can chat with other families who are going through the same journey.

This charity offers a free helpline for parents who have experience pregnancy loss. They provide a friendly ear and an opportunity to talk through feelings and concerns in a pregnancy after loss.
