Having spent over 3 years of my training at St Mark’s Hospital for Colorectal Disease and Intestinal failure, gained further experience in advanced therapeutic endoscopy at Charing Cross, Chelsea and Westminster and St Mary’s Hospitals prior to my Consultant appointment as a Gastroenterologist and General Physician in 2003.
I lead a monthly IBD clinic at the Lister and have set up the joint QEII/Royal free Hospital Liver transplant assessment and follow-up clinic.
Following initial role as audit and clinical governance lead, I was appointed Clinical Director for Gastroenterology across the trust in 2010.
