We aspire to be an exemplar employer of choice and are committed to offering work experience opportunities to young people who are interested in working for the NHS.
There are more than 350 different careers in the NHS, some that involve working with patients and others in non-clinical roles. All contribute to making a difference to people’s lives.
If you would like to explore the different careers available, please visit the Health Careers website and take the quiz to help identify roles that may be suitable to you.
Regrettably the Trust does not accept under 16’s who are seeking work experience, volunteering or shadowing due to our Public and Liability Insurance and the unprecedented nature of the work undertaken within the Trust.
Our Trust offers young people over 16 scheduled work experience placements in a variety of non-clinical settings. We offer over 17’s clinical and non-clinical settings across the organisation providing an insight into various work environments.
