Colour code
Your hearing aids are individually programmed for each ear. It is therefore important that they are inserted in the correct ears. Inside the battery casing or on the inside edge of the hearing aid model is a colour code – Red for Right, Blue for Left.
Earmould impressions
For new earmould impressions please either call or email to book a repair appointment. Please ensure your ears are free of wax before attending the appointment.

Earmoulds/Open fit
For new earmould impressions please either call or email the paediatric administrator to book an appointment. Where possible please ensure that your child’s ears are free of wax before attending the appointment.

FM and connectivity
For help with FM / radio aid / hearing aid connectivity – please contact your Teacher of the Deaf. If you do not know who your Teacher of the Deaf is please email us.
